Careers

Working with children ages 2-10 through play, art, music, language development and more.  A curriculum will be provided for you by the Center, you will be expected to add to or modify the program when necessary.  Outside Play: You will be expected to go outside with the children daily, whether permitting.  You will be expected to interact with them with organized activities as well as during free play.  You will be expected to help with other chores involving the children such as, feeding, cleaning and diapering. 

Cleaning: I like a clean Day Care Center!! There are lists of chores posted throughout the center, cleaning will be assigned and you will sign off that the task was completed.  Some examples of the chores are: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping cleaning Bathrooms, cleaning cots, dishes, cleaning toys and windows.  Basically, if you can see it or touch it at some point you will clean it.

These are the main job descriptions, as with children and day care, things are apt to change, and Flexibility is the key word!!
